Stings and breakouts
When I first put on my skin, it burned and stung quite badly and I don't have sensitive skin, and after a couple of days, my skin broke out into horrendous spots. What a disappointment and waste of money!

Pasty texture that stings
This does not sink into the skin well at all and feels grainy and like a paste . I use it with hylauronic acid serum which eases the sting a lot . I have however not noticed any real difference to my skin . I will continue to use the niacinimide serum but will look elsewhere for a Vit C serum.

Gives you fake tan hands.
I haven’t noticed a difference in skin brightness or texture since using this product. I don’t particularly like the silicone like feel it gives to the skin, nor does it feel like it sinks into the skin nicely. One of the most annoying aspects of this product is the smell. After applying my hands smell like developing fake tan. The product also turns the palms of my hands orange, which is pretty frustrating for someone who doesn’t like to use fake tan.

Burning / stinging skin
I don’t like it at all and definitely wouldn’t recommend. This has left me with burning / stinging / sensitive skin with blotches. It really irritated my skin even after it’s washed off. The serum itself looks oil based as when I opened it oil came out before the serum, it looked like it had been split from the serum. When applied other than the burning and stinging the serum didn’t blend / melt into my skin, it just became bombly like it’s rubbing dead skin away. A vitamin c serum isn’t meant to be like this and leaves your skin supple and glowy, this was the opposite as it left me with white bombly bits on my face and a matte look. Highly disappointing as I love the hyaluronic acid and the sun cream.

Almost perfect!
I have always found all the other inkey list products that I have tried have been absolutely incredible, and able to use exactly as per the instructions. This is a little different. The instructions state use AM or PM, however when applied there is pilling, especially when applied under makeup. If you apply at night instead, this doesn’t cause an issue and has absolutely evened out my complexion after years of neglecting my skin. Give this product time to work, apply at night and you’ll be sure to see the results! (Wash your hands after use or you’ll get staining!)

Love the serum- hate the packaging
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best I have tried but I have stopped using it because of the awful packaging. It is difficult to get the serum out Because of the hard neck so lots is left behind so it becomes less economic. The lower strength is not as good for me but is in better packaging so that is what I am using now.
